Maria Chiara Parasassi

Trainee Lawyer

Maria Chiara is currently a trainee lawyer. Her practice mainly focuses on civil law, corporate law, labour law and insolvency law. She is also a teaching assistant in private law at Roma Tre University. She works in Italian and English (C1.2 level).
Maria Chiara graduated in Law from LUISS Guido Carli University in 2025, specializing in labour law, with a final grade of 110/110. During her studies, she focused in particular on collective bargaining, trade union law (also from a comparative perspective), work organisation, and social security law. She wrote her thesis in labour law, with a focus on social security, entitled “A Study for the Establishment of a Pan-European Occupational Pension Plan (PEOP): the Case of ENI S.p.A.”, under the supervision of Professor Roberto Pessi and in collaboration with Eni’s management team. During her university studies, she took part in the Erasmus programme, spending six months at the University of Oslo, where she further developed her knowledge of Norwegian maritime law, human rights, as well as data protection (GDPR) and copyright law.
